Question about <translate> tag

Is it possible these tags <translate> ... </translate> to be ignored from VisualEditor? And if the answer is yes how can I do that?

Unfortunately, it's not possible now. This is a problem that the team is thinking about. There is some information about this problem at phab:T155133 and phab:T131516.
