Support internal anchors e.g. title#subheading

Currently the content of the hover card shows the heading of the article pointed to by the link. However sometimes links point to a sub-heading for information referenced within larger articles, e.g. a definition of a specific term in a domain.

It would be great if the hover card was aware of this.

e.g. "blah blah [Gather(vector addressing)|gather] blah blah"

"gather" points to #gather in the article [[Gather-scatter (vector addressing)]].. you want to see a definition of 'gather', not the broader domain.

it would also be awesome with redirects to definitions in glossary pages

I have more complex suggestions aswell but they probably rock the boat too much.. imagine if wikipedia supported some sort of 'micro articles' for definitions (which are automatically assembled into bigger pages, almost automatic glossary/list-of. i prefer the idea of pages based on precise definitions but these seem to run into tension with 'notability guidelines' and avoiding repetition, so we end up with definitions embedded in complex ways. Scratching an itch, i've been going through graphics topics to throw as many definitions of terms as possible into a glossary page
