Wrong place.

Hi Wikipedians,

Its's known that one of the horrible mishaps happened recently at Kollam. In light of that, I request Wikipedians to create a new news category "Kollam" for reviewing the incident through wikinews.

I have created the category once, but suddenly got removed by some other wikipedians for some reasons.

SO I request you all to help creating the "Kollam" news category and Portal:Kollam in WikiNews
