else nobody can figure out what kind of medicine you propose to slip in their drink. Yes, one line should be suffixed "(default)" or "(recommended)". OK, you can say

let mother decide

or

site default

or something, but just don't say

Recommended for modern browsers

intemixed with nouns on the other lines.
