HELP! It can not support Chinese language

I have put some files into ftp directories that the files' name are Chinese language. BUT the files'name show like this"æ��ä»¶å¤¹.txt". Please help me to solve this problem. THX very much！

Is this for the UploadLocal extension? Let me take a look. Probably just needs some unicode work.

Yes,it's only for the UploadLocal.The native upload is no wrong for chinese language.
