Recently the manual for Huggle on en.wikipedia.org (w:Wikipedia:Huggle) was moved to Meta-Wiki. And this one exists as well. So there's 3 now. Please centralize this :)

I guess since it's theoretically usable for any MediaWiki wiki that has certain extensions installed and an IRC feed, MediaWiki.org is the appropriate place.
