JIRA is the issue-tracking software we use at the Toolserver. It is installed on amaranth in the web zone. The software is in /apps/jira, and the data is in /data/jira. It uses the PostgreSQL database "jira". It runs under Tomcat, which is configured in /apps/jira/tomcat/conf/. To stop/start/restart it, use the SMF service svc:/application/jira:default.
