Can we use for ULS support.Speccially I would be haapy I if we can provide a button when clicked directly Marathi language input method अक्षरांतरण will get activated.So I can provide such a button on some of help pages on Marathi wikpedia and other mr wiki projects.

I think it's a nice idea. Does this require WMF involvement, or is it something that could be accomplished in a community driven and supported way?
If there's a JS-savvy person from the community willing to write a tour, there's nothing stopping them, though we'd need to deploy the extension to hiwiki or whichever other project was interested. Once it's there, local admins can write and enable tours in the MediaWiki namespace just like gadgets, and you can deliver a tour by just adding it to the end of a link.
It seems like they're actually requesting a simple button that can be put in help text that will instantly enable Marathi. That said, it should be possible to write a tour for this (which I think would be useful). I think it will require the advanced tour support we're planning in order to do a complete tour.
