Tools to migrate from Twiki to MediaWiki

I am looking for tools that will let me move content from my Twiki to my MediaWiki. Any suggestions anyone?

There is a converter written 3 years ago at https://github.com/rmcastil/Twiki-to-Mediawiki.

There have been no major database changes in the last 3 years so chances are that script still works with current versions of MediaWiki. Otherwise I would install an older version of MediaWiki (e.g. 1.15 or what was current at that time) and do a normal upgrade afterwards.
