Saying "hello" in user warning templates edit
One of my edits to the user warning templates just got undone because they don't feel like it's necessary to not say the word "Hello". In my opinion, I feel like saying "hello" in ''every'' template would be unneccessary because it would hurt the user more in level 3 and 4 warnings, especially trolls.
