How to create this Template
editI know how to create templates but for the life of me I can't create this template where when I call it as {{Citation needed}} is actually shows up a a little link with the reason parameter showing in a tooltip type message like shown all over Mediawiki. Can someone please explain how to create this template so it shows up as in the examples?
