This template is to create a comma-delimited collection of items, only adding the commas where needed.

Usage

entry1, entry2, entry3, entry4, entry5, ...

Separator	separator	The separator between all but the last two items. Default Auto value , 	Line	suggested
Conjunction	conjunction	The separator between the last two items. Default {{{separator}}} Auto value  and 	Line	optional
Starting Item	start	The number of the starting item. Items before this will be discarded. Default 1	Number	optional
