some painful discussions, but also some really interesting ideas for Team Health Checks
Speedy meeting thing:
- I like to respect the timebox, but sometimes it’s helpful to keep the discussion going past 50 min mark
- why is this meeting not speedy?
  - SUGGESTION: Use speedys as guidelines, rather than rules!
Rapid prepping for Eng Process Planning is fun but maybe more exciting than valuable (the West Wing syndrome)

Team Health Checks sucking much bandwidth++++++
- Action! TPG members try to document and share amount of time spent on Team Health Check (see bottom of Overall Results doc and Rethink meeting agenda) [ALL]
Possibly reschedule grooming to not be during lunch+++
