- Wes conversation gave insight into his motivation; felt supported
- Lked elbow room in Gargi
- States check-in was fun
- Rotating facilitator was good
- Meeting where we made decisions about meetings - felt like best of TPG
- Half-day timing was great - long enough to be productive but not long enough to be tiring
- Efficient with time
Didn't Go Well edit
- Not totall device-free (even though it was for a good cause)
- P2W retro felt rushed
- Open discussion format for Wes debrief didn't allow for responses to everything
- [Today's] Room to small for 3-hour meeting
- Conversation sometimes too meta and philosophical
- Schedule more "white space" [buffer time on schedule] to feel less pushed & constrained
