change parsoidConfig.setInterwiki according to your wiki

Step 7 has "change parsoidConfig.setInterwiki according to your wiki" but (with 1.24) there is no parsoidConfig.setInterwiki in api/localsettings.js.example. Should it be "add parsoidConfig.setInterwiki according to your wiki",

parsoidConfig.setInterwiki( 'localhost', 'https://your-mediawiki-server/w/api.php' );

Could someone create a yt tutorial of this instructions?

Failed to compile Node.js app.

I cant seem to get this working after having followed the instructions listed. This is the log that show son heroku.
