how do i backup the turnkey media wiki?

Is it reasonable to say that a person with little to no technical expertise could install and configure TurnKey MediaWik

Probably not

TurnKey runs on a Linux operating system. If you've never logged into a Linux machine, there would be a significant learning curve. If you're more familiar with Windows, consider https://bitnami.com/stack/mediawiki although this could still be a challenge for beginners, particularly when running extensions and scripts which don't all work on Windows. Why would we not link to Turnkey is in the subject line of the article? Seems silly that what we're describing is linked all the way at the bottom in external links @Shirayuki Lectrician1 (talk) 22:52, 19 January 2023 (UTC)
