Just wanted to point out that the finger gestures has completely different, sometimes opposite meaning in different geographies. Also no sure whether it is a good idea to use finger gestures that denote vulgur or disrespect to a constructive retrospective.

Thanks for that feedback! I had briefly thought about both of those issues at times, but didn't take them as seriously as I probably should have. I have added notes to the page to caution people about them.
