Translators

This discussion needs to involve translators. They work hard to make sure that users can always see a fully translated interface and good quality translations, and we must do all we can to help them. Nemo 07:38, 3 March 2017 (UTC)

Kill l10nupdate once and for all.

I think #3 is the most desirable. l10nupdate is not sustainable and it needs to be taken out back...
