JSDuck to JSDoc conversion questions

I'm interested in helping with the conversion of JSDuck to JSDoc. I was hoping to ask some questions in code review, but my patches are getting merged pretty quickly. Example. What's the best way to get questions such as the comment I left in the code review answered? Is there a Discord/IRC channel, are there engineering office hours, is someone OK with me DMing them, etc?

In /docs/index.html, clicking on any of the 4 events results in a 404. So I might need to add some more tags somewhere to fix that. Any idea how to fix?

In /docs/index.html, all the classes I edited (mw.UploadWizardLicenseInput, uw.ConcurrentQueue, uw.DetailsWidget) are missing. Any idea how to fix?
