20i no longer offers one-click MediaWiki setup. Only "WordPress" and "Joomla" etc.
HostGator link says nothing about wiki
The 20i link points to a page offering MediaWiki hosting.
Hostgator, if you scroll into "So what's in Shared Hosting? A whole lot." and click on Application, MediaWiki appears there
Unfurl.cloud is a new open source IaC/DevOps platform that supports a low-code deployment process for WikiMedia. Will you add it to the table?
See: unfurl(dot)cloud/blueprints/mediawiki
Looks like it doesn't provide MediaWiki hosting, since it relies on Amazon, Google, etc. I'm not sure if it should be listed here as a "hosting service"
The notes column for the HostDash, ProWiki, MyWikis and WikiForge entries contains blatant advertising.

I think it does not make sense to have this table like this. Instead services that provide basically self-hosting should be separated from veritable wiki farms like ShoutWiki, Fandom, Miraheze who do most of the work and don't provide FTP/SSH.
I know they are already separated in the tables but due to their significant difference I think they should be two tables.
FANDOM now uses MediaWiki 1.37 on all wikis. Please update thre page.
20i offers MediaWiki hosting in the USA and UK with one click install and 24x7x365 support and should be added to the table.

This has been the case for a couple of years.
You CAN install it manually (and they offer install instructions)
