There is https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Code_Health_Group , there is https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/tag/code-health/ , there is https://lists.wikimedia.org/mailman/listinfo/code-health . None of these things link to each other and the list is entirely unused. Should they link to each other? Should the list be archived?

Yes, I think they should link to each other. The list however isn't something we've used yet as we were debating whether or not we should have a separate list or use existing lists for Code Health topics. We'd decided to use existing lists for now, and use the Code Health list at some point in the future. We're planning to have more communication around Code Health starting in the next month or so.
