couldn't you get rid of all that redundancy in there and make it a lot tighter if you want anyone to read, let alone translate all that?..

i'm talking about redundancies like "adequately working as intended" or whole auxiliary sentences that basically say the same as the main sentence and all the glorifying seasoning words, among other things.

and what are "users of all levels"? can we just drop "of all levels" since it's just trying to make things sound bigger?
