Hokuriku Shinkansen fel med mörkt läge

Issue Description When activating the editor (classic, not visual editor) on Swedish WP the background of the edit field is bright, the text is however adapted to dark mode which leaves me with the majority of the text in bright grey on an even brighter background (white or almost white) that is very hard to read. English WP gives the correct dark background. I've tried to switch off settings that I suspect could have an influence (but not all settings) don't know if there is a way to stay logged in and temporarily unset all personal settings. Logged out I can not activate the dark mode to test.
