Preferences dark mode error

@GVarnum-WMF: Hello, thank you for fixing the issue. I re-checked the page and found there are another parts that are not compatible with the dark mode (See screenshots: https://ibb.co/WZsDrGZ, https://ibb.co/21vnKg4z, https://ibb.co/Mx6FmRzs, https://ibb.co/bjmVQrwR).
