What in the team's process is going well?

  • vacation went well for me!
  • getting feedback on designs helps a ton, thank you
  • that test spec that Matthias wrote as part of a suggestion from a previous meeting (planning maybe?) has been helpful for me
  • still getting work done despite multiple interrupts (including vacations ^_^)
  • First six months of consultations went great. Highly viewed, mainly constructive feedback. No fires from poor communication from the team, no problems with designs.
  • Rolling with the punches as we discover problems and deficiencies with the platforms we rely upon

What in the team's process is confusing?

Parking Lot

  • Google Meet for all meetings?
    • Yes please (even though I'm not using Firefox)
    • We'll wait out the bugs and the auto-conversion simultaneously
  • What was it like with a different facilitator?
    • Different styles, but nothing to capture
