What in the team's process is going well?

• Work going through thanks to gelling with various teams and getting through distractions!

• Output! Getting the things done.

• Communications continue to get better (appreciating the IRC channel)

• IRC +1, it's great

• My concerns about communication with WMDE have been addressed pretty well I think

• Community participation in discussion is active and polite

What in the team's process could be improved?

• Refine techniques for getting required info from other teams (aka squeezing the knowledge water out of the stone). Though we're already getting better at this.

What in the team's process is confusing?

• Quarterly goals: If folks could update officewiki with the status, that would be super (I failed to mention this in 1:1s yesterday and I have you all here now)
