Hello, I would like to be an administrator to be able to help with whatever is needed, it is true that this wiki is small (but it is still an important wiki) for routine syspos tasks, however it would also be a good way to test the MediaWiki software in a real environment (I have used MediaWiki in a local development environment on my laptop with Debian, but I have never created a project directly to the cloud), I understand that you have to use common sense and not abuse permissions, so I am aware of what I'm asking for. In any case, I have also started translating the documentation of this wiki into Spanish, which is sorely needed. I'm to order.
- No, this wiki would not be a good way to test the MediaWiki software. See Project:About. 𝟙𝟤𝟯𝟺𝐪𝑤𝒆𝓇𝟷𝟮𝟥𝟜𝓺𝔴𝕖𝖗𝟰 (𝗍𝗮𝘭𝙠) 18:59, 20 June 2024 (UTC)
- OK I understand. JJDCT (talk) 19:10, 20 June 2024 (UTC)
- For testing the MediaWiki software, I recommend something like the Beta Cluster - that's what I use personally. If you're testing MediaWiki for development purposes (like writing an extension), I recommend just locally installing the software. For translating, you don't need admin (though translationadmin can help). Leaderboard (talk) 18:07, 21 June 2024 (UTC)
