Requested user-rights: Administrator.

I am a MediaWiki developer (svn proof!), (git proof!) and yadda. Occasionally I see people double post things on Project:Support desk, and I primarily just want to be able to delete the double posts. I also want to be able to delete spam if I see it in the RC.
