Phabricator/Trello to Phabricator/Design research import

Command run 2015-04-23

SPage (WMF) followed the steps in trello_create.py to migrate the cards in the user research Trello board except "done" to the #wmf-design-research Phabricator project

This was phab:T96959. gerrit:206086 has the updated username mappings.
