Brandon Harris updated the feature's design, while Andrew Garrett and Timo Tijhof completed a first iteration of development on both front-end and back-end (see code in SVN).

The code was completed and deployed to the English Wikipedia. The research team is now analyzing its impact.

Timo Tijhof fixed bugs, notably with Internet Explorer. Howie Fung analyzed the data recorded; the users' most frequent complaints and questions concerned page creation, file upload, the text editor, and having their edits reverted.

Rob Moen and Benny Situ Introduced the ability for users to leave responses to feedback on the Feedback Dashboard.

Monthly update

Benny Situ and Rob Moen familiarized themselves with the existing code, and the requirements for phase 2. Benny also added server-side validation for empty comment, and Rob fixed Internet Explorer bugs and added front end validation. On November 30th, there was a follow up deployment that added a preview mode to feedback response and also allowed the use of wikitext. Additionally, there was an update to the response template used in the user talk page. Dario Taraborelli uploaded a series of real-time dashboards for Moodbar data to the Toolserver.

Sprint 3 Deployment Rob Moen and Benny Situ added the following enhancements:

MoodBar

• API to set email if there is no email on profile
• API to request email verification if email has not been confirmed
• Allow negative remaining text in feedback textbox
• Red/Bold character count status on negative allowed characters
• Blocked user interaction
• Introduce *Bubble* to promote MoodBar visibility
• Added email input forms for users without email
• Added ability to resend email confirmation if not confirmed.
• Converted "what is this" collapse & expand ascii characters to images for ie 7 support
• Added Feedback Status icons on success or error
• Miscellaneous IE 6/7 layout fixes

Feedback Dashboard

• Added Moodbar type stats in the last 24 hours
• Added HTML email for feedback response
• Added 'Edit Summary' for feedback response
• Blocked user interaction
• Converted Ascill expand, collapse, and arrow ascii characters to iamges for ie7 support
• Added descritive text to the top of the dashboard with link to enwp project talk page.

• Red outline on textbox on negative allowed characters ( removed )
• Set mood filters to checked by default. Require at least one to be checked
