This template will automatically switch to a different video pseudo-randomly (Emphasis on the pseudo). How often it changes depends on if people edit or purge the current page, but at worst it should switch once an hour for logged in users (Of course it might switch to the same video). Anonoymous users may get the same video for up to 30 days (due to varnish cache).
