Default to enabling the MediaWiki web installer/updater

I have edited the page so that the default is enabling the MediaWiki web installer/updater. This seems most useful, especially on install.

With that done, I removed the commented out declarations that enabled the installer/updater, which also had declarations allowing any PHP file to be executed. I don't see a lot of point in removing the "general" MW limits on which PHP file names can execute, just for the installer/updater. Especially as the installer/updater only has a index.php entry point. Changes can be made in the future, if ever required. Kop (talk) 00:04, 2 February 2025 (UTC)
