Manual talk:$wgAutoConfirmCount

For those who are worried about linkspam, it seems like it would be good to have another one of these configuration variables for number of edits the user has made that add external links, or number of times the user has successfully gotten through a CAPTCHA. E.g., suppose someone has ConfirmEdit set up to require a CAPTCHA for adding external links, but not for making regular edits. A spammer can create a bunch of accounts, wait out the AutoConfirmAge, make a bunch of edits that don't add external links to get to the AutoConfirmCount, and then spam away unhindered, without having had to go through more than, perhaps, one CAPTCHA per account (when he created the account).
