문서 삭제는 문서가 index.php로의 매개변수 action=delete 또는 $api에 의해 삭제될 때 발생합니다. With both of these methods, the option exists to also delete the associated talk page (if one exists). 문서의 모든 판은 revision 테이블에서 archive 테이블로 이동하며 page 항목은 삭제됩니다. 문서 삭제 시스템은 판 삭제/되살리기 시스템과 완전히 분리되어 있습니다. It changes the value of revision.rev_deleted while leaving the affected row(s) in the revision table and leaving the page table unchanged.
