Manual:Interface/Protectedpagetext

MediaWiki:Protectedpagetext is shown to the user when they attempt to edit a page that has been protected from editing, and the user does not have the appropriate editing permission (see example).

Parameters

edit
  • $1 - the raw name of the right which is needed to edit the page
  • $2 - the action the user attempted to perform
