Details
If watchlisted page was changed after it was visited:
- history page: new edits are marked with "મારી છેલ્લી મુલાકાત પછી બદલેલ"
- watchlist: the page title is bolded
Also the watchlist has a message "તમારી છેલ્લી મુલાકાત પછી બદલાયેલાં પાના ઘાટા અક્ષરો વડે દર્શાવ્યાં છે." and a button "બધા પાનાને મુલાકાત લેવાયેલા અંકિત કરો" that marks all entries as "visited".
If enabled, action=info will display the number of active watchers of the page based on $wgWatchersMaxAge.
Dependencies
If $wgEmailAuthentication is false, this setting is ignored.
