Details
If set to false, it disables the full-history feature on "Special:Export" accessible by deselecting the "માત્ર હાલના ફેરફારો જુઓ , પૂર્ણ ઇતિહાસ નહી." option.
As a result only the most recent version of a given page can be exported.
