细节
启用机器人密码以与新机器人认证系统一起使用。
如果设置为false，则将使用常规群集。
请注意，$wgEnableBotPasswords必须设置为true（这是默认值）才能使其生效。
此变量的目标是支持机器人密码的跨维基共享：bot_passwords表通过中央ID引用用户，因此整个维基农场中只应存在一个表的实例。
这个配置参数是在Gerrit change 259066（工單T121113）中引入的。
