ウィキテキスト内で RDFa 属性を使用できるようにします。
これを動作させるには、$wgHtml5 に true を設定してください。MW 1.22 以降、既定値 true のまま変更できなくなりました。
Starting with MW 1.27+ RDFa attributes will be allowed by default.
However the RDFa version to use must explicitly be set with $wgHtml5Version to HTML+RDFa 1.0 or XHTML+RDFa 1.0.
