Summary: The Wikimedia Foundation maintains and contributes to some significant free and opens source projects. This talk will discuss free and open source licensing best practices and why it's important for Wikimedia. We'll review different types of licenses, common terms, and how to use them. This talk will be introductory, and there will be an opportunity for questions and discussion.
