Description
English: The difference between the average of importance and performance (satisfaction) of two likert scale responses is an industry method to help determine resource allocation. A 2-tailed, paired, t-test is used to determine if the gap is significant at a given confidence interval. Here p<=0.99 are grayed out as the difference between the importance and performance are insignificant at p=0.99.
