Where do I put these config/defaults lines?

SyntaxHighlighter.config.clipboardSwf = 'scripts/clipboard.swf';

SyntaxHighlighter.defaults['gutter'] = false;

I would like to have use this in a template, so that the code that should be colorized, is a variable. Is that possible? If yes, then how?

The link with text 'several' at the end of the list of supported languages appears to be no longer valid. Anyone know where the content has moved to?
