How to preview a different page (page 2) from a pdf?

Same here (MW 1.19, PDFThumbnails 1.5)

When uploading a PDF-file (for instance here 'Ei2013.pdf') I get the following instead of a preview). Translation (+/-):

Error while creating preview: convert: no decode delegate for this image format `//local-backend/local-public/b/be/Ei2013.pdf' @ error/constitute.c/ReadImage/532. convert: missing an image filename `JPG:/tmp/transform_3c798e2-1.jpg' @ error/convert.c/ConvertImageCommand/3011.

Help would be greatly appreciated!

Just doesn't work for MediaWiki 1.21+

v1.5 of this extension does not appear to do anything.
