You literally cannot change the anything in the namespace

I am on MediaWiki 1.40, and this extension, upon installment, seems to work. But then when I go into the Special page for it and try to change the settings of a namespace, every time I click done, it doesn't save anything. I literally cannot edit or add anything, and it doesn't even allow me the ability to delete things.
