How to request help from the Design System Team

To request help from the Design System team, please create a task in Phabricator using this form.

For Wikimedia Foundation staff, one-off questions about Codex or front-end development may be posted in the #talk-to-design-system-team Slack channel. Please avoid direct messages to individual team members, which may exclude certain people from the request who need to be involved.

Requests are reviewed by the team within one week. A team member will follow up about whether we’ll be able to work on your request and approximately how long it will take us.

We welcome contributions from everyone! There are several ways to contribute:

• Adding or commenting on tasks in our project management system, Phabricator
• Contributing to the design process
• Suggesting new components and design tokens
• Writing and submitting code
• Reviewing code
• Updating and expanding library documentation

Contributions to Codex are covered by the Code of Conduct for Wikimedia technical spaces.
