New scap version rolls out
- MediaWiki logstash checks only broken briefly :)
- Return of the logging error

- Space issues: submodules and git fat
  - https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/D284 neither Mukunda and I could break it, I still wasn't comfortable rolling out in new scap
  - git-fat needs similar?
