This tracking category was added in MediaWiki 1.28/wmf.3 (task T135949). The category name is determined by MediaWiki:Restricted-displaytitle-ignored (Pages with ignored display titles). The warning in MediaWiki:Restricted-displaytitle (Warning: Display title "$1" was ignored since it is not equivalent to the page's actual title.) may be shown on the pages. The warning was added in MediaWiki 1.28/wmf.2 (task T28546).
