Partial blocks have been deployed on all projects for a while now. We want to see how often people use the "Partial block" option on all projects. How many page(s) are people blocked from? Which namespace(s) are people blocked from?

Number of Partial Blocks on All Projects edit
The monthly partial block usage was published at dashboard. You also can explore data for each project by selecting projects in the filter section.
Overall, the usage grew significantly year over year. By the end of July, 2020, the monthly partial blocks on all projects varied between 399 and 623. Top 5 projects which have most partial blocks are: enwiki, itwiki, frwiki, ptwiki and dewiki.

Pages Blocked per Submission edit
By the end of July 2020, people are blocked from total 6395 pages (unique 3729 pages) on all projects. Majority of partial blocks only blocked people from 1 page per submission. It seems that the limit of 10 pages per submission is OK for now.

By the end of July 2020, among all partial blocks by namespace on all projects, namespace 3 (user talk) was blocked 69 times. It makes namespace 3 (user talk) the most often blocked namespace. The other most often blocked namespaces are: 4(project),0 (main),10 (template).
