Quickbar

The Quickbar is the name for the sidebar as used in the skins "Standard/Classic" and "Cologne Blue".

When the user has chosen to use one of these two skins, they can define in an additional section in Special:Preferences where the quickbar will be positioned: at the right, the left, fixed right or fixed left. You are able to change this position as well with these commands.
